Welcome to Harold Night, presented by The Rose City Comedy Collective! Immerse yourself in the world of comedy with this live performance at The Rose Lounge in Downtown Welland, Ontario. Our Harold Teams will be bringing you the long form improv show as it is performed in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and around the globe. The Harold is a unique type of comedy show where a group of performers create funny scenes and stories on the spot, without any script. It was invented by Del Close and Charna Halpern at The Second City in Chicago. The show is divided into three parts, and in each part, the performers come up with different scenes that are all connected in some way. They work together to build on each other's ideas, creating jokes, characters, and stories that make their audience laugh. It's a fun and spontaneous way for improvisers to showcase their skills and entertain the crowd by working as a team.
